I purchased a patio door and bathroom window. My sales person (Phil) was very helpful and gave us good advice. I didn't feel like I was being "up-sold" something I didn't need. They cancelled my installation with 2 days notice, which was kind of unfortunate (I had booked time off work). But these things happen. They said they'd call me back to re-schedule, and never did; when I called, they told me to call back another day. I wasn't very pleased with this customer service. My installation is now re-scheduled.

Please find our response to the above review. Since it's posting on October 15th 2012, we have made every attempt to identify the customer so that we can respond to their concerns. We require additional information to be able to clearly identify this specific customer. We would like to very much speak to "New home owner in Toronto" because we have a Service Care Department and an Installations Care department, and regular surveys are conducted to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To date, we find no record of a report which can be related back to the customer, "New home owner" therefore, we are asking for Home Stars' cooperation and have yet to hear from the writer.
