The salesman was professional and courteous, I was impressed that the owner actually called me after my first contact to ensure I had been looked after. Price was very good and the quality of the windows is excellent. The installation team was prompt, polite and did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home neat and tidy. A few minor issues with the screen on 1 window, a missing floor lock will all be addressed shortly.
I will recommend Gem to anyone. they are very good.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Take a little more care in applying putty to window frames where supports were cut out. There was a lot more sanding required to correct than I expected.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do as I did, educate yourself, shop around and be onformed.
