We find that when a homeowner is selling their house, it's a smart idea to have appliances checked out as it usually becomes a condition of sale to have, for example, the pool heater or gas fireplace operating properly. Our administrators can usually schedule a service call within 24 to 72 hours as we have done. As we try to be a different contractor from the competition, our technicians, like Scott, are prepared.
