Gas Fix

We've been using Gasfix for yearly maintenance (tune ups / minor repairs) on our fireplace for years. Had Joe out in September and completely satisfied with his professionalism in getting the fireplace up and ready for the upcoming winter. In November we noticed gas flames shooting out the front when we turned the pilot to the 'on' position. We booked a service call and Joe was back next morning promptly. Unfortunately our gas valve was cracked and either had to be replaced or we needed a new fireplace. Joe set up a Sales Call and Scott came 2 days later. We decided to go with a new fireplace rather than getting the old one repaired, since we'd had it for over 20 years He showed us a number of choices and clearly explained the differences in the models we were interested in. We made our choice and Scott set up a Service Call to have the new fireplace installed on Monday morning, since they were totally booked for the weekend. First thing Monday Joe and Dwayne were at our house to remove the old fireplace and install the new one. Dwayne and Joe were punctual, courteous and extremely friendly. After the fireplace was installed we were given a tutorial on how to safely use it. We absolutely LOVE our fireplace and it's 10X better than the old one. It looks great, works great and keeps us toasty warm! Thanks to the Gasfix team! Fabulous job! We would highly recommend this company and Gasfix is the only company that we will use for any of our fireplace needs in the future! See you in September!
