I am sure if this is the same company or guy dealt with. It is called furniture medic and the owner is Owen. I am extremely displeased with the service and irresponsible behaviour. The guy came and looked at the Issue and charged $95 and he took $100 without change . He said he would sought a fix later and took one of the broken leg. After 2 to 3 weeks he didn’t call . So I called and complained he said he couldn’t find solution and no refund to the so called Inspecton fee . I can see if there is a solution and I refuse to go forward then he shall be compensated for the time for the site visit. He showed no courtesy even to call back and also said we agreed on the $95 Home visit charge and then hung up. It seems to to me an unethical behaviour as anyone can go to a home and do a BS inspection ,took $95 and never call back . Please accept my apology if I am writing on the wrong wall. If not I like to see how they can improve their business model before upsetting more customers.
