If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing online from here! I ordered my reclining couch and loveseat with wedge in the beginning of November with a delivery estimate of December 16th after chatting with one of the customer service agents. I specifically asked if the wedge was included to which I was told yes, I asked because I was unable to find the same set here in Manitoba with the wedge included. I call the week of December 16th to ask if it still being delivered and then told they were still waiting on the delivery from the warehouse. Couple days later get an email stating the couch came in but not the loveseat did I want them to just send the couch. I replied that yes I would like the couch delivered, they then sent me an email stating they would deliver when the loveseat came in! Really??? I had no furniture for Christmas!!! They didn't have the common decency to send out the couch and then suck up the cost for delivery of the loveseat!!!! They had my money already why try to make me happy right? They didn't answer any of my emails after that!!! I was told finally January 7th it shipped out which was complete bull! Get ahold of transport company that tell me they haven't even picked it up yet on January 11th!! Then last Friday I finally receive it and no wedge!! I immediately call the store and they tell me I only ordered the two pieces! So I said that I was assured that the wedge came with it and can even show them my order information, so I emailed them my order information along with the website ad I purchased it from that says the wedge is included. Guess what, no response!!! They obviously don't care about their customers just their bottom line, to false advertise then no decency to try to make things right!!! I could have bought the same set here and would have had it on time and no issues like this!!! I guess I will need to call every day until I get a solution and report them to the BBB!! Not at all happy!
