Highly overpriced for 10 minutes job and connected one wire in the socket, . please do not hire this guy without agreeing and getting a quote from the technician. He has arrived on time.

I called him because I knew him from before. He did not want to quote me an hourly rate. don't worry I will look after you. After 2.50 hours he finally gave me his hourly rate $95. as from him he resolved something, but for two hours just try and try and try. After that he gave me the price adding 1/2 h plus 1h travelling time. I was extremely disappointed, because what he came for, was not done. He asked for the money right away although he was going to come back and work with my son. Of course I will not call him bak/.

We decided to get pot lights in our porch ceiling as we were having our aluminum redone, and we called Furena Electric at the last minute as we were in a time crunch. Paul arrived on time in a company van, but before we had fully discussed the job, he had smashed a hammer into the old wood ceiling and began taking out boards. After stopping him to discuss the work, we had him continue, and to be fair the lights work well and the end product looks good, but he appeared arrogant and unpleasant at the start. This waned a bit, but in the end I know I paid more than if I would have shopped around and was not impressed with his demeanor. For this reason I would not call him back.

Please think twice before hiring this company. The project was to install an exhaust fan in our bathroom and vent it through the roof. We supplied a name brand whisper quiet exhaust fan, a timer switch, 4 in diameter 25 ft insulated ducting, 4" elbow joint and two clamps.
He could not even install the fan square with the walls, the hole for the vent was much larger than the vent itself. Lucky the trim/grill border was wide enough to cover the holes. When installing the timer switch he notched one of the studs in half to accommodate the switch and in the process he cut right through the drywall on the other side into the hallway.
We had an extra elbow joint which was missing after he left -we found it in the attic along wth the discarded packaging for the clamps burried in the loose insulation.
After finishing, he left the washroom in total mess with all the insulation that fell from the ceiling while cutting out the hole for the exhaust, left all the drywall and stud wood shavings...a total mess. He left without patching the damaged drywall.
To top it off - this guy is an arrogant and rude electrician.
Stay away from this guy and his company.
