Project Started well. Plans presented by Andrew well. Great workers. Slightly pricey (but that's a choice I made).
However, the biggest issue I found out 2 years later was that they had broken a building code for gas lines which I was not made aware off until my pool heater broke down and the repair guys came and told me that a steel gas line should : 1. Not be buried underground as it can 'break' (rust).
This, I feel, is a gross mismanagement on Fossil's part, who should have known better. The worst part is that my backyard is covered in very heavy stone work. Can you imagine the horrific accident that can occur if the weight of all this were to 'break' the gasline?
Well, granted that no company is perfect; but when it comes to building codes involving gas lines; I think we should expect some form of "perfection" because lives can be at stake.
