We had alot of draft coming in our basement windows and wanted a new look for the front of the house. One of our neighbours recommended John Gainham from FM Industries. He provided us with the Clera window line and we are thrilled with the look and the energy savings! We would recommend this company and John and his crew to anyone who is looking for great quality at competitive prices.

I saw FM flyer in the paper and liked the financing that was offered and the savings on the replacement vinyl windows. I also saw the demos of FM windows on You Tube. Gary was very knowledgeable and professional. The install went very smoothly and Rob even cleaned up. I really like the tilt in windows for easier cleaning. Thanks FM, I got some more windows to replace, so I am going to order again.

I work at a local Tim Horton's and got to know Bob Tessier the area manager for FM Industries. I finally had him come out and give me an estimate after which I signed a contract to have 7 of my windows replaced. I am extremely happy with both the quality of the product and the installation. Very professional people to deal with.
I intend to have the rest of my windows replaced this year and would not trust anyone else but FM Industries with the job.

FM representative Fred May took plenty of time explaining windows, options and costs. Their installers were efficient and professional. Our windows are beautiful and we have recommended FM to our neighbours who were also very satisfied. We will be getting our upstairs windows from FM this spring.

We gave them the order mid November and asked for installation before
Christmas and they came through.
The person who did the installation even brought a vacuum to clean up the sawdust.

We decided to go with FM again to complete all our windows. We were even more impressed this time around. We needed the job completed before our second child was born so all stops were pulled out to make this happen on time. Our baby room had already been decorated and was one of the rooms that needed the window replacing. Knowing time was short Mike our installer even painted the trim around the window to save time - now thats going beyond in our books. Thanks again we will be recommending FM to our family and friends, but will keep the painting our secret!
