So pleased with salesman-Gary Gainham, installers and the quality of windows and doors, LOVE the 33 months to pay with no interest.
Would highly recommend them - quality is very high, service is great!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new door and window. The installers did a fantastic job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very approacheable. I actually think the workspace was cleaner after they left then when they got here.. lol. All kidding aside, we are very, very happy with the outcome, and I can assure you that we will recommend FM windows.

Being in a business where your word to deliver is key, I must say I was pleasantly surprised to have my expectations exceeded. I had the fortunate pleasure of having Adam K and his team from Brampton working on our house install some windows and patio door. I was most impressed with the time Adam took in explaining what makes his company and product so much better than most. Their attention to little details and their commitment to finishing the job was quite refreshing. The crew was quite professional in their approach to the job, ensuring the area was as clean as possible. I have referred business to Adam and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a job exceptionally well done, look no further than Adam and his team from FM industries.

Replaced most of the windows in our home with single sliders. Price was a bit better than competing quotes.

Product was fine, came on time, installation was a mess. Installer had to come back 5 times to finish capping work and missed some caulking, came back when we weren't home, etc.

I can recommmend the product but they need to work on their installer training.

Dennis and his installer were awesome. They did a great job. Being cold weather, they made sure that our house was not exposed to cold for a long time. Also, they left house very neat and clean. We highly recommend FM windows to everyone.

I want to thank FM windows very much for all the time they took with us to discuss windows and choose our new windows. We just had all the front windows, including a bay windoe and a basement window installed and I am still am at awe with them! I can not believe what a difference it has made to our house, inside and outside. When I drove up to my house it was like walking up to a brand new house!! My house looks better now than what it did when we first bought it NEW in 1996!!! It is that much of a difference, which you would think how much of a difference can windows make to your house....well let me tell you - it has made a big difference.
The installers did a great job and stayed until all was done. They where very proffesional, curtious, and humerous. They did a fantastic job!

I will remember the name and would refer them to others. Actually looking forwad to having FM windows and doors to come back in and work on a porch enclosure.

I decided to give FM windows a call since I have an older home and was thinking it was time to replace some windows. Shawn the rep from Simcoe/Brantford came out to my home and sat down with me and went over my options. He was extremely pleasant and even though I had a lot of questions he was more than patient to answer them. I was pleasantly surprised that the price was very fair for the product I had received. Best of all there were also some very good finance options available in which I definately took advantage of. My new windows look great and give my house a little zing that it needed, not to mention the reduction of my heat/hydro bills. I will be calling the next time I am ready to purchase again and I would definately recommend FM Windows and Shawn to all my family and friends. 2 thumbs up!!!!
