Clera Windows + Doors

Had our windows done this past spring and were happy overall with the job done. Most of the problems ( small ones only) have been dealt with to our satisfaction and now the house is much quiter. The salesman Ron was a nice guy and and I have to say they did the job from estimate to completion in less then a few weeks which was important since we had the energy audit to complete. Others quoted us 4 to 6 weeks to complete I beleive if you do your research this company should be one you consider. Replacing your windows can be very expensive and I think if you negotiate you can get a better price. They threw in the basement cantina windows which was good. The casements are all working well still and being toasty warm and no more ratltling windows is worth it. Thanks for reading

Bob Tessier came and provided good customer service initially, then replaced a window that came damaged and finally offered in home help to open the windows and even helped clean them 6 months later!

The Clera salesman was polite and did not use any of the buy now or miss your chance sales pitches. The installer was quick and neat. The windows were in quickly and look great.

It has been a pleasure to once again deal with FM Industries and, in particular, Gene Morlando (marketing manager), who oversaw the order of our windows. Gene helped to select windows that would suit our older home, had them sized, ordered and installed within a six-week period - as promised.
This is our second time dealing with FM Industries over the last couple of years and we would highly recommend them to others.

Before dealing with Alan, my Clera rep, we really didn't have any knowledge pertaining to windows. Alan was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen to our questions and provided excellent information regarding their product.
The install also went smoothly and the crew left our home quite clean. The installers were just as friendly and punctual.

Ordered 2 patio doors for our cottage at Long Point, very happy with the Salesman, installation and product. The Salesman was very informative, the installation took less time than we figured and the installer was polite, he cleaned up afterwards. The price seemed high, but the patio doors has special heat mirror glass, that keeps the heat out of the front of our cottage beautifully. You can definately see and feel the quality of these doors. Well worth every penny.
