extremly satisfied even after many many yeat 1993 installed and serviced immediately when needed. rep Bob Tessier [in Cornwall region] has been ammazing !! I have had windows serviced at lleast 4 times and received excellent attention every time. I have and will continue to recommed FM windows to every one I can at each oppurinity ; thanks Kaye Aldridge Cornwall
