We can undoubtedly understand the frustration this has caused you and we apologize sincerely for this. Since Covid-19 entered all our lives, nothing is as it used to be. Shortage of staff due to sickness, and also shortage of raw materials industry-wide have delayed production of our customers orders, something that is beyond our control. We apologize that the installer forgot to put back the blinder, all our installers work very hard to ensure all projects go well, and although we endlessly strive for perfection there are times when human errors do occur. We do our very best to avoid errors at all costs, but when it happens we work with our customers to resolve these issues.
