good until there is a warranty issue then they do not stand behind their product. I have one window with a bad draft and mold growing on the inside. The salesman John says he does not know what is causing the problem but its not the window... He suggested it could be my blinds or my furniture placement or maybe where my heat vent is in the room or where the sun was. Anything to get out of their "lifetime warranty" NOT SURPRISED .. he then said if I didn't like his answer he would send up another person who would charge me $150.00 an hour to look at it ..... Update, was contacted by Clera, they offered me a discount of
10% on new windows, ( on windows that probably have a 100% markup) They also claim their employee "thoroughly" inspected my window but funny enough did not even notice the window crank is broken. They also asked me to take down this review !!

Dear Matthew Gabriel, Thank you for your feedback. We have investigated and find out that window in question was installed in 2005 at 15 Heathfield Cres in Waterdown. Our local branch visited you where you asked for the price of two more windows and complained about the draft and mold on the window. He checked thoroughly and suggested that he can't find anything but if you like, he can arrange for a technician to come and it would cost you $55.00 in labour charges as all the parts are free of cost and our customers never have to pay for the parts as per our lifetime warranty. Our customer service dept contacted you and offered discount on two new windows and free inspection on the window in question but you refused.
