After much research and several quotes I must say that we are very happy that we went with this factory direct company. We paid a little bit more in the hopes of a quality installation and a more reliable warranty and also because the salesman, Bill, was very interested in hearing our needs, giving good advice about our choices and informed about his product. My trust was rewarded. Scott and his crew did a great job and were very interested in my satisfaction. Great windows, great job.
