Clera Windows + Doors

I had all the windows in my home replaced in Jun 2014. Initially, I felt I had not made the right decision of going with Clera because of certain adverse reviews I read and an experience a customer of Clera, I was a acquainted with, was having that I deferred taking delivery of the windows till all was sorted. Once all was sorted, I agreed to have the windows installed. On agreement, Clera promptly and professionally acted to complete the installation. They had the installer come in, measure up my place and begin installation. The job was executed cleanly, efficiently and quickly. One particular aspect deserves commendation - the Sales person, an oversight, had missed to note the request for frosted windows for the bathrooms. I was amazed that the installer mentioned that it was not a problem, ordered the replacement set and had those installed in 24 hours. Subsequently on completing the installation, I requested Raj K. (VP) if he could come by and inspect the installation (to allay some of my concerns). He came to my place at a convenient time, checked out each and every window, assured me that it was done right and to call him directly if there were any problems/issues down the road. Till today - no issues! I am very satisfied. Good work Team Clera!
