I would NOT recommend the East York-Scarborough branch of Clera windows, based on the experience we recently had. We ordered our windows in mid-April through the salesperson, and we were given an install date of 6-8 weeks (June). By mid-July, with no word from the salesperson I began phoning to follow-up on where our order was at. We did not receive an install date (after numerous follow-up phone calls where I was promised a date within a day or two, and I would have to phone back in a week, repeatedly) until the end of August.... At which time, one window was unable to be installed due to being the wrong size (too big), another is clearly smaller than it should be, and our largest window is bluish, not white. We were promised the last window that didn't fit, within one week (after being paid in full) - it took three weeks, and numerous un-returned phone calls to get an install date. On both install occasions, we were given tentative dates, yet after numerous phone calls made by us to confirm, we only found out the night before that the install would take place. I even left a message with Customer Service in the head office - the call was never returned. The service provided by the salesperson/company was some of the worst I have experienced as a homeowner of 12+ years. However, the installers (Curtis & Boran) were wonderful, did their best to look after us, and did a good job on the install. Given the 5 month timeline (for 3 windows & one door), lack of timely response to continuous follow up, and lack of customer service overall, I would caution others in my area about purchasing windows from Clera.
