The company and their installer, Vladimier have now addressed all our concerns and recitified any problems that we had with respect to the installation of our replacement windows. We wish to thank Vladimier for working hard to take care of the situation and turn us into much happier customers. Thanks for promptly taking care of us.

Since writing the following review, I have been contacted by the head office of Clear who have expressed their apology and are working with us to rectify this situation. Once this is completed, if satisfied, I will withdraw my negative comments. They really seem to want to help. We had Clera replace the windows on our main floor. When they left, we found all windows dirty, hand prints, caulking on the floors and window sils, some of the outside moulding loose and had sharp edges sticking out. One of the windows was defective and we had to call the company. The manager(?) came and wanted to know how this happened. We told him it came this way obviously. He then agreed to replace it. It took some weeks to get the replacement window and I had to call twice to have them come out to replace the defective window. The window obviously did not fit correctly and the installer asked my husband for a shim to fix it. Shim for a new window???. In taking off the old caulking the installer scratched the new window frame but covered it up by raising up the level of caulking. They "fixed" the loose outside moulding the same way my husband has been fixing it for months and left. I am not happy and would definitely never recommend this company. However, every time the moulding comes loose again, I plan to call the company to come and fix it, that will be about twice a week.
