I purchase a patio door in June and was expecting delivery in September but i did get it until January 2023. I was not happy with the delay but now that the door is installed I am happy with the patio door and the instalation. The installer was very professional. He did a great job.

Please note that we never ignored your calls and your rep reached out to you and explained that we are waiting to hear back from our supplier regarding the status of your door. We are still experiencing delays on a standard white patio doors due to supply chain issues and you door is custom painted in/out and that's why it's taking more time. Once again, we are very sorry for the delay and we will update you as soon as we get any info on your door.
