We had an issue with the internal blinds in our door and, while it took a long time, mostly I suppose because of the supply chain issues and the pandemic, we got our door replaced. So all was good. However, about six months later the blind broke again and I thought I was in for a long wait and a potential fight over this. However, Rita stuck with us and actually came up with the solution, which, in the end, was quite simple. Thanks Rita!
