Hello Stef. The renovation to your home is absolutely stunning. The elements chosen compliment each other and doesn't take anything away from your view of the lake. With the suggestions made for hidden storage for the kids toys etc. and TV unit, the open concept great room will fulfil all your needs. The boys rooms were a challenge, but I think that the solutions we came up with will do the trick. I wish you many happy memories in your new home. Andrea

Hello Andrea,

I was so disappointed in the service that we received from Andrea.
Firstly, I was under the impression that she was coming for a 1h hour consultation appointment, not a two hour 'hum and ha', 'I think this works', idea visit.
Secondly, in the past when we've spent $400 on any design project we've received floor plans, drawings and/or magazines to look at and get ideas from.
Thirdly, I was really upset about the lack of structure throughout the appointment, next time for future clients be sure to walk in with a plan of action and take hold of the appointment. We were all over the place and in the end nothing was established.
Overall, I was really disappointed with the whole situation and would not like to move forward with this service. I've never felt this robbed out of money in my life, I feel sick to my stomach just thinking of it.
We accomplished nothing and you gave us no useable ideas to go forward with, other than the fact that we have two many windows and no wall space.
