In an era where good customer service can be hard to find, my experience with Fieldstone has proven that there are still companies out there that prioritze customer statisfaction. Everyone we dealt with from sales, office staff, installers and the owner, were professional, kind and knowledgeable. We had a couple of minor hiccups, and Fieldstone's committment to resolving things was evident in their willingness to go the extra mile to rectify the situation.
