Needed a new cook top ASAP - decided to go electric rather than induction. Excellent customer service and recommendations. Very fair pricing. Our model was in stock so within a day, we had an installer on site. Les was incredible - prompt, courteous and knowledgeable - the opening in our granite counter top was not the right size - within 8 hours, he had lined up a granite repair team to enlarge our opening. The next morning the team arrived, did the required work and Les then installed our new Bosch cook top. From our first phone call to Faulkner's to the installation, all was handled professionally.
