The door hinge springs of my old built-in wall oven was broken and could not be fixed because parts were no longer available. I started looking for a new one in the regular big appliance stores without success. My main concern is to be able to put the new one into the existing cut out space. I came across Faulkner's Appliance Centre in Home Stars and was impressed by the excellent reviews. I met Gord and let him know what I was looking for. He listened and took the measurements of my old wall oven as well as the cabinet space. He said he had to do some research and he would get back to me. The next day he called me and told me he had found a model (of the same brand) very close to mine except for the height. He said it should be OK and he would tell the installer what to do to make it fit. I trusted his knowledge and the oven was installed last Tuesday. Except for the depth (the new one is slightly more deep and the installer has the cut off the 1" back cabinet wall to fit), it fits perfect and looks very nice, matching the other old appliances.

I am very impressed by your excellent customer service - knowledge of products, patience, friendliness, dependability and above all, you are more interested in solving my problems than selling me just the merchandise.
