Falstaff Electrical Services Ltd

About 6 years ago we had Falstaff come and redo the electrical in our 1919 home - I reviewed them at the time saying how fast and well done the job had been. Wanted to follow up on that to say we have continued to use this company for electrical projects and they are always AMAZING to work with. We have recommended them to neighbours who loved their work, used them for a large project at a commercial property and continue to contact them for projects at our house. Multiple times they have provided suggestions (sensor switch instead of moving a switch, etc) that have greatly increased the functionality of the space. Most recently them switch out our bathroom fan, move and add outlets, rewire internet cables, and adjust wiring for a TV installation.

Falstaff came to find a solution for backup power for our sump pump, as a typical battery powered solution will not do the trick at our place. Shawn came over, which is a pleasure in itself, did some excellent out of the box thinking that exactly fitted our needs and budget. He sourced a great solution and is nice to deal with. It is great to have someone helping out for this small stuff and I know for sure to get back to him if I have something big.

Can't say enough good things about Falstaff. Quoted the job very quickly and when we decided to go ahead, they were there is a couple of days. Job was done professionally and on time and budget. Installers were friendly and cordial and did a great job. I strongly recommend Falstaff Electric.

We contracted Falstaff to install potlights in our master bedroom, add a receptacle in our kitchen and move our receptacles in our laundry room so we could install a counter. They are extremely professional and took the utmost care to not damage our popcorn ceiling and ensured that all the lights were equally spaced. The receptacle work was done quickly and efficiently and they left our house clean. I highly recommend using Falstaff for any electrical work.

We have used Falstaff on a number of occasions including the install of our foyer chandelier (2 storey), adding additional electrical outlets and pot lights. They are responsive and have even come to do our small jobs within a day and they are competitively priced. We will continue to use Falstaff for all of our electrical projects.

Falstaff was recommended by a colleague, the website and quote process was very professionally handled and I worried that such a high-end company would be above our budget. We asked for a main quote for replacement of all the knob and tube in our 1917 home, and quotes for extra work we were considering (wired smoke detectors, extra outlets, upgrading the panel, etc.) The final quote was affordable and the services were well explained. We ended up getting so much done and are really happy with it all. The team works very quickly, it was a matter of days and the majority of it was done. They ended up having to wait for us to finish things for them to come back and complete. The company was great at staying in contact, answering our questions, and being flexible with requests. I would happily recommend them for any homeowner.

I have been using Falstaff Electric since 1997. Add lights where none existed, replaced multiple fuse panels with one breaker panel, rewire for kitchen reno, dimmers, outdoor timers, moving and hanging multiple antique chandeliers-- all sorts of jobs big and small. I started with Stu and Kevin, lately Dave and Shawn. They are respectful, careful, suggest what's really needed, and ALWAYS do a quality job. My breaker panel was cheaper than a friends installed by an unlicensed "electrician". Falstaff is the only electrician I would use. Now on my 4th residence with the Falstaff team. Have recommended several times and friends always pleased, too. Thank you Stu, Dave, Kevin, and Shawn. Always the first and only call to be made. AND, they always show up when they say and call to let you know they're on their way. That's priceless.

Needed my dishwasher hooked up both at the dishwasher itself and at the electrical panel. The gentleman from Falstaff was quick to complete the job and was very friendly. Would use them again!

We live in an older house in downtown Toronto that has needed a lot of "extra care". As such we've become very familiar with different contractors from the various trades. We have even been through a few electricians before getting to Falstaff. I can honestly say these guys are one of the best we've ever dealt with. They show up on time, they actually listen to what is needed, and the execute perfectly.

More then once they have gone the extra mile to make sure things are done properly without additional charge. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive when we have received competitive quotes. I can say confidently that they do provide the best value - as when we've gone with the cheapest quotes it ended up costing us more in the end.
