It was with considerable relief that Tony of Express Rooter came to my home on the Toronto Islands to clear a clog somewhere in the exterior drain running from my house to the city sewer line. It is often almost impossible to get city contractors to come here, but Express Rooter agreed that they could. Tony came right on time (despite disruptions to the ferry service due to the weather). He did an efficient and thorough job with the electric snake, cleared the clog, sent a camera down to show me the condition of the line, and then gave me further recommendations and preventative advice.
