I highly recommend booking with Express Rooter Plumbing! I booked an appointment with Craig at Express Rooter Plumbing as we were thinking of purchasing a back-up sump pump for our home. He was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Booking our appointment was easy and Craig called to confirm the day before. I was happy to know that the consultation did not cost us anything as Craig explained that they wanted to visit first to inspect and answer any questions. Vlad arrived promptly at our home and was professional and friendly. Vlad advised us that our sump pump was sufficient and that it wasn't necessary to purchase a back-up as the unit we have is more than enough.
