We had been dealing with a infrequent smell in our basement.
Martin from Express Rooter came to our house, did an extremely thorough inspection. Martin detected a very minor issue to which I spent a total of $4.97 on, and our issue is completely gone!! He also came back for a follow up visit to ensure he got the issue resolved as he knew how upset we were. Martin and every single person I have dealt with in his company have been extremely professional and thorough. I will NEVER use anyone else other this company - were values and morals match their expertise! It is no surprise Mike Holmes prefers to work with Express Rooter.
