My family has been with express rooter plumbing for many years. Usually the problem is fixed on 1st visit. However, in their most recent service visit, it wasnt done well 1st time. When I contacted the office, they followed up right the way and give me an appointment as early as possible. They make sure customers satisfaction. And thank you for the good work in the 2nd visit.
