Prompt initial call back and clear telephone communication. The company called prior to the service visit to confirm the electrician was on schedule.
The electrician who made the service call was polite, easy to understand and patiently answered my many questions. He explained the work clearly, found and repaired my breaker-box problem quickly without adding unneeded work or padding the time. He also made several recommendations regarding product replacements for bathroom fan and kitchen range hood that I could pick up at any hardware store ahead of future work.
I was so impressed I even phone the company to tell them!
