Adriano was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent guidance on our various options for shades. He was always there to answer product and delivery questions. We were very pleased with the timeliness of the delivery. Setup was carefully completed by Michael. Both Adriano and Michael worked out a unique solution to a large window in our living room, which was a real value add. This was a very pleasant experience, excellent products, and service.
