We first contacted Eurodale over 10 years ago, Brendan helped us design what we had in mind. Our circumstances changed and we could not do the project, fast forward ten years later and we contacted them again. The team patiently listened to our requests and after a lot of back and forth, they helped us put our ideas into an incredible design. Look at the pictures, our project is Mid-Century Decennio, the quality of the work was excellent, and the final product was stunning. We knew Eurodale was not going to be cheap, but you get what you pay for. The only advice we have is to watch the numbers, we had a tight budget and between our requests and unplanned work we went over budget, but we are very happy with the end result. We appreciated the project management, daily photos and a detailed weekly update.

We just completed a very big renovation-expansion of our home with Eurodale and we have four words that sum up not only the very happy end result but every single interaction we had with them over the sprawling 15-month project: professional, quality-obsessed, innovative, and transparent. Brendan, Jim, and the whole extended team were absolutely dedicated to delivering not only what we contracted for, but delivering it at a level that really impressed us, and with added value in ideas, workarounds, and smart solutions and pluses at every stage from start to finish. Service-wise they were utterly dedicated and on our job every day, completing each 24hr period with thorough daily progress updates. When unanticipated challenges and opportunities arose (as they do in any project when walls start coming down, regardless of contractor) they excelled at promptly bringing us a variety of solutions to address them, or take advantage of them as the case may be. The trades they work with were clearly 'top drawer' - we can see and feel the fingerprints of quality and craftsmanship everywhere in our home. The financial management and paperwork were all diligent, easily understood, accurate and headache-free. They also worked as strong advocates on our behalf with the municipality with respect to approvals and permits, to our great relief and benefit. We found them totally confidence-inspiring. As a realtor, I see a lot of homes, inside and out. Some of the renovations (even new builds) that I see are fantastic, some are just OK, and some are really sub-par. I even see what I regard as the worst case - ones that look fantastic at first, but reveal themselves as sub-par on closer inspection. Eurodale is most definitely in the fantastic camp. Their work combines great design and decor awareness, superb workmanship, and rock-solid underpinning and materials in the structurals. They gave us not only a beautiful 'new' home, but one who's beauty is, reassuringly, far more than skin deep. Anyone looking to renovate (or build new) would be remiss to not give them a call before starting to see what they can bring.

This is the second project we worked on with Eurodale. The first was 15 years ago when they restored the front porch of our semi-detached home in Riverdale. The, we were very happy with their service and the results they achieved and the work they did on our recent renovation project has left us just as pleased. The recent project involved the removal of supporting walls and the replacement of the floor throughout the house. As before, we found Eurodale to be very transparent in their pricing and alert to all our budget and scheduling concerns. They were professional from the start, and true to their commitments. Their staff were talented and cared about their work, as were the sub-trades who worked on the project. The lead carpenter on our project, John, did an outstanding job, our project manager Clement kept us on track and fielded our many questions with grace and Jim and Brendan, the owners of Eurodale, were always accessible, guided us when there were difficult choices and were immediately responsive to any concerns we raised. Our neighbours noticed and commented both on the care that the Eurodale team demonstrated for the project and on their efforts to minimize its impact on them. We loved the result of Eurodales work. It surpassed our expectations. We would work with them again, without hesitation, and highly recommend them.

Our family engaged Eurodale in the fall of 2020 for an extensive 12+ month renovation project that was completed in early 2022. The experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The entire team we worked with were service-orientated, professional and supportive as we fully gutted, dug-out and extended an original 1920s midtown-Toronto home to make it more livable and modern for our family of five.

Given the scale of our project, we interviewed several contractors at the beginning of our journey and Eurodale presented as a premium supplier and was priced accordingly. But like the adage goes, you certainly get what you pay for. The quality of build, interactions with neighbours, attention to detail, management of trades and suppliers, navigating the City of Toronto and all required approvals, the cleanliness of the worksite and the time taken to answer our many questions, were just a few of the many highlights.

Updates on status of their work including pictures of progress are provided daily, and we had a good understanding at all times of the overall costs against our budget. With any project this size, especially in an old house, there are bound to be unforeseen challenges and expenditures required, but we felt supported in all decisions and were always presented with options and timelines before having to make a decision on how to proceed. As owners, Jim and Brendan always made themselves available to talk through and navigate every twist and turn.

We took comfort in having Blair as our onsite Project Manager/Lead Carpenter as he was onsite every day of the project from start to finish. He was a true pleasure to work with, a skilled carpenter and overall a good human being. He engaged positively with our kids, our community and neighbours and took pride in building us a quality home while ensuring he was doing all he could to minimize the impact of our build on others which was extremely important to us. Beyond this, Jim visited our site daily as well to oversee progress and help navigate any challenges.

We would not hesitate to work with Eurodale again in the future or refer them to anyone undergoing a similar project. We are beyond thrilled with our newly renovated home and while there were certainly many challenges building during COVID, we felt confident with the team we selected and trusted them fully to help us navigate the constantly changing landscape. I hired Eurodale to put together a plan for my backyard including softscaping, hardscaping, lighting a shed and shade structures. They are very professional and responsive. They have creative ideas and listen to your needs but also challenge some of your thinking. I really appreciated that. I wanted a company that would help me see other options and possibilities. Eurodale Developments recently completed a year-long renovation of our Toronto home. The project was a massive undertaking (to preserve a family home while updating and modernizing it), and it was handled with great care and vision from start to finish. When challenges and surprises presented themselves (as they always do!), the entire Eurodale team went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully informed of our best options and helped us make educated choices. We always felt we were in good hands, and we knew that the quality of the work was something they would stake their reputations on. It shows in the final product. Perhaps most importantly, they finished the job with no threads left dangling. And, when we ran into an issue with another sub-contractor, the Eurodale team took it upon themselves to get it sorted out for us, even though they had no obligation to do so. They were always professional. Always available. And always transparent. They have integrity. They pay attention to the details. And they take great pride in the final product. We are over the moon with our home, and we're looking forward to working with them again on any future projects. It was true pleasure.

Our 18 month project involved a total update of the interior of a 1950’s Georgian style home, with additional space being added to the front, rear and one side of the original house. We wanted the end result to be seamless, or invisible to the eye from both from the exterior and the interior – so trims, finishes, windows, brick, mortar, flooring etc., had to match - which was challenging. We were also concerned that the craftsmanship be top quality, and that our extensive existing landscaping be preserved. Eurodale delivered. Their staff were all talented, careful, and knowledgeable individuals, as were the sub-trades who came in for specialized work. The neighbours frequently commented on the care taken by the workmen, and the tidy worksite. Ongoing reporting was thorough and timely, and questions were dealt with immediately. We first worked with Eurodale Developments 9 years ago for a complete kitchen, laundry, and powder room renovation. Having interviewed 5 contractors we decided to go with the Eurodale team. We were very pleased and happy with the efforts of everyone who worked on the project. It was evident that this is an organization that prides itself on doing things right and not cutting corners, working with qualified trades and making their customers happy.

Fast forward to 2019 when we decided that our very dated basement needed updating. We did not hesitate to call on Brendan and Jim at Eurodale. Once again we were pleased and happy with the end result. We now have a beautiful space customized to our preferences that we can enjoy for years to come. On the planning side Brendan helped us through the details to develop a final plan. We also engaged the help of one their associates Laura Thornton, from Thornton Design for the interior design elements. Delightful to work with she helped us avoid costly interior design mistakes and to incorporate the latest in interior design for a fresh looking space . The baton was then passed to Jim, who was our project manager, to bring the plan to life. Dustin along with Tho, Mitch and Dillon the lead carpenters on our project were phenomenal to work with. When inevitable and necessary changes to the plan arose Jim and the team very thoroughly set out possible alternatives and we were always comfortable that all issues were being resolved in a cost effective manner. Jimmy from Distinctive by Design did the built in cabinetry for our new library and TV/Fireplace area. He is a genius! It should be noted that Distinctive by Design also did our kitchen and laundry room cabinetry and it still looks brand new after 9 years.
When embarking of any renovation we feel that communication is important. We were delighted that Jim as project manager was by daily to review the work and answer any questions we may have. Clement at the head office kept us informed on countless details relating to the sourcing of materials and kept us up to date on budget tracking. In addition this is a team that communicates well with each other. We were impressed with the project management software they were using 9 years ago and they continue to incorporate cutting edge technology to manage the project, communicate with each other and the customer via a web based tool called Builder Trend.
Eurodale treated us like family and we will not hesitate to call on them to meet any future renovation needs.

Brendan and Jim and the whole Eurodale team exceeded our expectations in every way. We have had past experiences with contractors, but none come close to the outstanding quality workmanship of Eurodale. The crew on site were outstanding! They were professional, polite and cleaned up the job site every single day before ending the shift. Jim made daily visits and kept us apprised of progress made. I absolutely loved the weekly updates of items that had been started/completed the current week, and what was upcoming in the following week. Brendan went above and beyond on several occasions. Overall, I highly recommend Eurodale. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They truly demonstrated the pride for their work and it is evident as I walk through my newly renovated home with a consistent smile.
