My experience with this store was quite disappointing. The laminate flooring I wanted was out of stock, but they said they could "easily" get some in for me, so I ordered it (a month before I needed it). I was then stalled and given a dozen excuses, but assured it was on the way. With only a few days left before I had to install, I was told that their shipment hadn't arrived but they could possibly get the flooring from a competetor. Of course, I would have to pay more because it would be a "special order". Well, I had no choice. I had no time left to haggle, so I agreed. I was told to buy a few extra boxes "just in case" since I could return the unused boxes later. So I bought more than I needed. I got the flooring one and a half days before my installation appointment (talk about stressful). The flooring itself is lovely. I'm very happy with the PRODUCT. However I had two unopened boxes left and when I tried to return them I was told that they wouldn't take them back. The sales person said she would try her best to find someone to take them but she was obviously just feeding me a line because when I called her again she stalled some more and said she'd call me back and I'm still waiting... over a month after that conversation. DO NOT shop at this store. The products and prices are decent but I truly feel like I've been taken for a ride. I've had numerous people ask about my floor and I tell them where I got it and NOT TO GO THERE. Disgraceful service.
