We had several doors and windows installed by Encore, and I must say they(both the doors and the people!)are really impressive.
Dave is very sincere and professional with a high level of integrity, rarely seen in companies these days. If something wasn't quite right, he jumped on it so fast and kept on it until it was rectified to my satisfaction. From a friend (who is a Mike Holmes fanatic and into renovating) who watched George install them, I got a play-by-play commentary on how excellent George was, and did everything exactly how it should be done.
And the windows and doors look fabulous! I can't stop looking at them and smiling.
So needless to say, I highly recommend Encore to everyone.
