I was impressed with the quality of both the product and the customer service. My new doors look awesome and I have recommended Empire to my friends. My doors were installed as scheduled with no delays.

Replacing frame, skylight & front door

We found quite a difference in price, installment options available, and attitude of the sales representatives in looking to replace our existing 40-year old front door & frame. For the same choice and quality as the initial overpriced dealer, Empire Windows & Doors, won our vote for price, customer service, quality of work, and a job done on time.

our sliding doors had gaps at the bottom that enabled parades of bugs to crowd through at night. we couldn't fix it. company went bankrupt and is going under a different name.
