Damaged property and now refuses to fix

We hired Elm for snow removal- we terminated the service as it was not fast enough. Elm then continued to show up anyways and badly damaged our lawn with their snow plow (see photo). They promised to fix and then never did anything about it. They’ve now just stopped responding to any requests for help. I am now forced to get a lawyer to deal with them when it is probably a reasonably inexpensive repair for them to do
