Elizabeth Interiors

We bought a floor lamp from Elizabeth's a few years ago. It has a bronze pole with crystal accents and a cream coloured square lampshade with decorative pleating. I remember thinking that we were out of our minds paying that much but we've had it for years and its appeal is timeless. We received excellent service at the store.

I purchased a cabinet from them and found them to be timely and very professional with the delivery. Also, after about 18 months, a piece of the cabinet trim separated from the cabinet. And although the item was no longer under warranty from the supplier Elizabeth Interiors sent someone to my home to do the repair at no charge. I was disappointed by the fact that a piece of quality furniture had an issue in the first p;ace but very happy with the service Elizabeth Interiors provided for me.

The selection was wonderful, and the additional catalogues for other styles from which to choose were very helpful. Also, the designers/sales staff were all most professional and helpful. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the furniture. The prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the material. I just wish they had sales once in a while.....

I had a really Bad experience with this company. When I posted an unfavorable review of them, they threatened legal action if I didn't take it down. I would not recommend them to anyone. If they put that much energy into customer service, maybe they wouldn't have any bad reviews.

Given that EI is right on the main drag in downtown Burlington, their showroom is HUGE! You wander through room after room, and there are amazing antiques, new furnature that looks like antiques, and top quality modern items.

If you don't find what you're looking for here, you won't find it anywhere!

The service was horrible. They shipped us a couch that was supposed to be customed ordered from the States and instead it was taken off the showroom floor, it had cobwebs all over it and the pillows were all discoloured from the sun. After that problem they said it would be another 8 more weeks. Then they ran out of material. It was another 2 more months before we received it. When we did receive it, as soon as we received it the feathers started coming out. To this day they won't return any calls. 5 weeks after we received it started squeaking.

I have been choosing furniture for a new condo. I found Elizabeth Interiors great to deal with. They have offerred lots of time and help. I've also found their pricing good. On the down side, I'm not sure about the scale. I've been advised by 2 other designers that the furniture won't fit even though I brought all plans in. I have not completed the sale yet. I will revisit them.
