I think the high home stars rating has made this company impossible to deal with. You can never reach anyone on the phone, and the voice messages left are so quiet, I couldn't hear them. Emails are not answered promptly. The electricians who come are very competent and nice, but the office is not easy to deal with. After two delayed, and rescheduled service calls, and multiple calls with the office, I went with another electrician who was just as good, and much more easy to deal with.

We do at busy times ask for the standard 5 to 10 business days notice and are sorry we could not accommodate you.
