PDI was delayed almost 1 month. Appliances not installed upon handover (took 3-4 days to install after). Finishes were average. Did not feel like a premium buy.
Not an independent furnace system (not informed during purchase), prepare to freeze or melt depending on external temperatures or when management switches (experienced 2 failures within 1 year)
Water damage within the first 3 months.
Floors continue to shift even after 1 year and multiple contractor visits. Ceiling, borders cracks, miss-aligned doors continue to pop up. Feels like a waiting game.
Customer Service provided would rate as fair.
Quality of craftsmanship and finishes is questionable.
Would not recommend to Family or closest friends.
Purchase at your own risk. I may have purchased a lemon but others may have different experiences. The consensus of people that I've met in the building are similar to mine.
Builders comments "its a new building and these part of the building settling". This isn't my first Condo purchase, I haven't experienced so many deficiencies. Plus Condo fee's seem to rise higher than normal market rates. Reason's Unknown!
