Install took 1 month to complete. Ruined our kitchen table.no apologies . All fareta cared about was getting paid.they put acetone rags on our wood table. They tried to shim our countertop with a piece from a branch. Installer showed up by himself I had to get my neighbor to help us carry countertop in the house. A joke of a company. Sorry to hear that Ed. Normally countertops take 2-3 weeks to be custom made, which yours was. It took an extra week because we were trying to accommodate you and your wife's working schedule. The acetone residue on your table was entirely fixed at my cost, and looks brand new. I'm sure you would agree with that. Your kitchen countertop looks great, much better than the price you paid for it. If you have any pictures of your countertop or your wooden table, please post them. I have a few pictures myself, and would love to post them. The installer showed up with a helper, and regardless of whether they needed help or not, this is your kitchen and a little help carrying a slab of granite for your home is not the end of the world, especially when you asked them to loop around and take the long way through the back door. Unfortunately, I don't understand what else has made you upset, because when we left your house, you were satisfied. If there was anything that was bothering you, you should have mentioned it to me.
