We contacted George based on the reviews from the Home Stars website and couldn't have been more pleased with his work! George was very patient with us; he took time to explain the differences between a high security and a regular door lock, and did not push either choice on us. We had also had him come to look at the weatherstripping; he was very honest in telling us that the weatherstripping did not need to be replaced at this time. He also helped to adjust a few hinges etc on our door which made a big difference in its operation.
He even drove my husband to the nearby bank (and back!) so we could pay in cash. What service! We highly, highly recommend George.
