Duralock Interlocking

Durolock did an outstanding job on our interlocking project. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. They spent the time to make sure the stones were properly located and accurately cut. They redid sections until they themselves were satisfied that the job was perfect. The personal touch and attention really added to the beauty of our home.
Top that with their professionalism in their methods. They showed up every day on schedule like clockwork and left after completing sections of the work. They cleaned up every day they were present on our street. They made sure the streets were cleaned and were respectful of our neighbours’ property. They took care in handling our belongings as they moved around our house completing the work. They were not disruptive, and demonstrated excellent teamwork as a group.
Above all, the high level of customer service we received is the icing on the cake. They tried hard to keep to their stated timelines, and fixed up any suggestions we made after the job was complete. They stated the expectations up front and there were no surprises during the job completion. The friendly and professional manner of the team made a huge difference, especially to my young children who enjoyed having them around. These are important elements when a team is living in your driveway and backyard for 12 hour shifts for an extended time. The level of integrity is unmatched by any other company from which we received quotes, and we did explore tonnes of companies.
I would recommend them to everyone as they will not disappoint you. They work hard to earn your business and value their good name. As such, they do a superb job, and all the neighbours were impressed with their workmanship, manner and professionalism. The other families on our street who also had work done by Durolock were just as thrilled with the work and the company. And, the prices were very competitive.

My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted, but I also knew we wanted it done right... We met with Tony, he was upfront honest, and gave us some great ideas, he understood what we wanted, so we decided to go with Duralock and I'm glad we did. Things got pushed back a little due to some unpreventable circumstances at the start, but man did they ever come through. The team was amazing... they worked hard, involved us in every step, and took care of all the details. We are very happy with our new entrance and look forward to many years of enjoyment on our fantastic patio. Thanks guys great work!!!

Tonys crew were very helpful and were always happy to answer all my questions throughout the entire job. I was worried that what I was buying on paper wouldnt turn out to be what I envisioned... the results were above and beyond my expectations.

My job was delayed a couple weeks due to weather, but it was totally worth the wait when i saw the finished product.

I cant thank them enough for digging out an extra garden area for me and adding topsoil at no extra cost... they absolutely went out of thier way to make sure i was happy with my new backyard.

My husband and I got several quotes from contractors within the region. Duralock was definitely not the cheapest, but when it came to see references including ones from 3-5 years ago we could not believe how the jobs still looked brand new.

Meeting the Sales manager Tony was very helpful as well. We were new to the "interlocking world", but with detailed drawing, measurements and alternate options we had, that helped us save money and make the right choices. What we appreciated the most was whatever tony promised..... He delivered!!!!

Meeting the crew Tony, the owner, his brother Jony, Danny, Mike, and the rest of the crew was a pleasure. Great group of guys working hard together to making sure our picky standards were met, always suggesting new things, keeping us involved in the entire process, keeping our neighbors happy by respecting there properties, and most importantly making sure the roads and neighborhood stayed clean at the end of every shift.

We have been very nervous about dealing with contractors in the past. We have had bad experiences with contractors not doing a complete job in our house. Or not doing what was agreed upon.

Duralock's team was very warm and a fun team to have work around the house. Both Tony's (the sales manager & owner) delivered the quality and promises they gave prior to signing a contract with them. They gave us everything we agreed on and more. They surprised my family and i with a little extra work to make their landscaping work look more beautiful. They didnt cut corners to speed up their work and were very easy going about minor changes. They went the extra mile to make sure we stayed happy!

Very friendly, fun and respectable group of gentlemen to work with.

I could not belieave the quality and speed this company has. The owner Tony Bahsous is very professional and a nice person, I had the pleasure to deal with his company. They mentioned at the beggining that the project would take about 1 week, but they completed the entire project in 30 days, other companies quoted at least a week. Tony has a large professional staff working for him, each and everyone of his employees have pation with what they do, including Tony him self. I must say I am extreemly happy with the quality and service that Duralock had to offer. excellent pricing and quality. I would reccomend them to everyone. A++++++++++++++++++++++

Amazing job! we are very satisfied with Dura-lock and their amazing crew that worked on our home. The job turned into a phenomenal transformation that has left many of us speechless!!! Thank you for your great communication as we got everything and even more as we were promised in our contract! The crew were polite and cooperative during the transformation! We are a corner house and our home looks like a mini castle now due to driveway extensions, backyard and patio interlocking, thanks to Dura-lock! The stones they used were beautiful, they also made a fire pit and stone BBQ in our backyard that looks amazing! Thank you for all your amazing job!!!

Duralock interlockin did our patio and walkway. They did a great job integrating elements of design. They finished in time and there were no hidden charges or suprises of any kind. The price we agreed on was the price we paid. We are very happy with their job and would recommend it to anyone.

We were looking for a professionally done interlock patio in our backyard, and I must say we got that and then some.

Pricing was right in line with the 2 other quotes we received, but we went with Duralock because it was a family business, and we had the best feeling based on website photos of previous jobs, Homestars info, and Jony Bashous' information and time he spent with us.

Tony (owner) and Jony (Tony's brother) are extremely hard working, polite and trustworthy. They completed our job quickly, but when I would peek out the windows to see how they were doing, you could tell that they were taking the time to make sure things were done right. I could tell that they take pride in their work. There were no shortcuts taken on the job.

Now that I've done business with them, I'm telling anyone that will listen to use them. Finding guys like this is rare, and we were lucky to have them doing our patio. Tony, Jony and their crew are really good people.

Before we started our job we interviewed several companies before deciding on Duralock and we are extremely happy with our decision to proceed with them. To sum up our experience with Duralock, I would have to say the process was GREAT. From the start Jony came by for the consultation and walked us through every step of the way from the paver selection to the design and even up until the morning of our project start date he was making suggestions for us to better enjoy our patios design. The job was done on time and as promised no surprises, which is what you want when getting work done on your home. Jony and his crew were clean, courteous, and professional. As for the finished product, it can be described in one word “amazing”. I would totally recommend Duralock to all my friends and family.
