Duralock Interlocking

Duralock had installed my walkway three years ago and did a fantastic job. This summer the walkway was ruined when over sprayed fertilizer left unsightly and permanent rust stains. I learned the hard way that fertilizer products claiming to make your lawn "extra green" contained more iron than other fertilizers. Any fertilizer left on a hard surface such as concrete, asphalt or interlock will release rust into the surface when wet. I hired a company that specialized in concrete restoration and they could not remove the rust stains. The only solution was to replace the damaged walkway. Thankfully the manufacturer still made my stone and Tony with his Duralock team replaced my walkway in a timely fashion and at a fair price. I should also add that I repaired a leak to my basement on the opposite side of the house. The waterproofing work did not include the replacement of disturbed interlock pavers. Duralock repaired the disturbed pavers when they replaced my walkway without an added charge. Now that is what I call customer service!

My experience with this company was exceptional from beginning to end. Tony from sales was polite, patient and extremely knowledgable. I felt assured at the end of the meeting that I was going to get a top quality job. He scheduled me to have my job done in the month August and they were on time. The lines of communication were always open which is something I appreciated considering the large sum of money I entrusted with them to get the job done right. And boy was I happy. They all worked like a fine tuned machine, all links strong and knew exactly what they were doing. And it was fast, scheduled to finish in 5 days and that's all it took. The cleanup was amazing and I couldn't be more happy with the final product. My house looks amazing and my neighbors can't stop looking at it and asking questions. I called Duralock as well as a few other companies to get a quote to have my house driveway, walkway and patio interlocked.  Tony made me feel very comfortable, gave some amazing suggestions, and his price was competitive (not te cheapest, but definitely not the most either). Tony was very patient, answered all our questions and explained the process to us so that we were at ease. I couldn't  rave enough over how amazing Paul, Danny and the crew are. They all know what they are doing and the job flowed so well, even the clean up was done 100%. Five days later my whole property has been transformed into something out of a magazine. Tony and Tony from Duralock are an amazing team and Duralock met my expectations in every sense. The entire crew, from the person giving us the quote to the work crew, were punctual, professional, and very well organized. We had our driveway done and the design was exactly what we requested. I appreciated the honest and knowledgeable advice from Tony who helped us with the design and material selection. The machinery used is top of the line which makes the end product top quality. My neighbours all gathered round for days after asking what company did our driveway, and they were amazed at the speed and beauty of their work. Duralock is the best. I recommend them without hesitation. I plan to have them return to do our backyard patio!!

I was so happy I made the decision to do my patio with Duralock, Not only is it beautiful, it was finished in 2 days with no headache. They were professional and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to any and all my family and friends.

First of all I want to apologize for not posting this review sooner.

This company was amazing from start to finish. I called for a quotation in early April. Tony came to my home and listened to exactly what I wanted. He recommended why, or why not, I should or shouldn't do something. They set a date for May to start work and assigned Pauls team to my job. Unfortunately it rained non stop and my job was delayed. Tony called me constantly and kept me informed the entire time. When the work started I was impressed. They showed up on time at 7am each day. They worked hard and stayed till 6pm each day. They took time to properly make a solid base. Cut no corners to save a buck. They layed out patterns and asked us if we liked it. They were polite, neat, and a delight to have around.
I am completely satisfied with the job they did. Everybody that comes over comments on the quality of work. I highly recommend Duralock. If you use them ask for Pauls team. You wont be disappointed.

Our house was the first job for Duralock for 2013. They were super efficient and attentive to our tasks. The crew was very respectful of the neighbours and always kept the street clean at the end of the work day. Very impressed with the quality and detailed designs and amazed at how fast they completed the job.

The biggest house in Churchill Meadows deserves nothing but the best. Duralock was the only company that could meet my requirements.
I was so impressed with the professionalism, workmanship and customer service.
I chose one of the most expensive stones on the market had some questions about it. Tony, the lead hand explained how the stones are made, the warranty behind the stones and the history behind the company who makes these stones. I also learned new words like efflorescence.
I was so impressed that I offered Duralock to invite anyone to come see for themselves. I am also willing to speak to anyone who has any questions.

I know what you are thinking as you read this review..."how do I make the decision to trust my project to any of the companies I have come across?" I know nothing of building patios and extending driveways. My suggestion is that your search should end and start with Duralock. I did what any good homeowner should do and got a variety of quotes and explanations about my patio and driveway extension. Tony was the most honest and up front guy of all the companies that I met with. The website itself speaks volumes to this company, they actually tell you the steps of the project eg depth of the dig, equipment that is needed. The crew that was at my house was polite, good humoured and really went those extra steps to ensure I was content with the work. Two of my neighbors went with another company and guess what, both noticed that Duralock's crew had better materials and secured the stone properly. Both of these neighbors are now having drainage issues with their own yards because of the other company's work and those companies are no where to be found to correct it. Tony warranties the work for up to 2 years! During Tony's estimate I told him I was getting various quotes and the guy was so honest he gave me names of two other reputable companies to ensure I was going to go with a company whose work was up to standard. The added bonus was Tony could have a crew to my house within a week and have the job done in two days. Paul and his crew were amazing and the work speaks for itself. Some would say it is almost end of "patio season", but thanks to Tony, Paul, the crew and Duralock, mine is just beginning. Thanks guys, amazing job!!
