Actually I called up the Drain works by accident. I thought I was contacting Mr. Rooter. Anyhow, the technician came in and first thing I notice, he put the plastic cover over his shoes very impressive.

The Technicial explained in details with whatever he was doing during the job and even drew picture of it at the end of the job. I'm very happy with the whole process and I'm glad that I got the right company to do the job. Well Done! :)

DrainWorks helped us yet again. This is the second time we used their service. First time in our old house and this time in the new house. We had a main sewer line blocked by piece of wood and basement was flooded by backed-up water from rainfall. The response time was quick and service courteous and professional. The price could be a bit lower, but if you need fast and quick resolution to emergency problems, I highly recommend DrainWorks.

I called at 9 am with a fully clogged kitchen drain. The plumber was to be at our house at 2 pm and he was. One hour later---we were back with a free flowing sink! Wonderful, clean, fast and efficient service.

Before drainworks came, our shower was stuck, like a little swimming pool. After Jeremy Harris's work, it drains like it should be. He cleaned out large amount of build up plus hair from the former owner. Also snaked via shower drain usin K-50 w/ 3/8" cables for 15' and pull back more hair. Later I tested the water and the shower drains very well.
I really recommend this company if you need help with your shower.

I was very pleased with my service experience with Mike and DrainWorks. He came out within the hour for my first emergency call on Monday, and temporarily fixed the problem until he could arrange for a full crew to come out on Wednesday. Then he came back today (Thursday) to inspect the work; he found additional problems further back as well as further forward in the line, and snaked them out for me at no charge. Mike provided a professional and detailed upfront explanation before work started; he came back several times while the job was in progress to inspect; he provided several camera inspections before, during, and after the work was completed; and he made a thorough inspection of the complete sewer system. The workers cleaned up the gigantic mess they had to make very well. Mike and DrainWorks provide excellent customer service -- I highly recommend them!.

I called Drainworks and they came within an hour of the call, even though it wasn't an emergency. They unclogged the drain, and also provided advice about how to prevent such clogs in the future. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards as well.

I was very pleased with my service experience with Matt today.It was a day with several contractors booked back- to- back. Matt was on time( much appreciated since work had to be done timely and in a certain progression of order) to do preventative maintenance cleaning via 3 temporarily detached eavestrough downspouts into the exterior ground/ sewer house drains.( My eavestroughs were in the process of being changed so it was an ideal time to clean the ground drains which eventually lead to the main external sewer drain of the house.) He was polite,knowledgeable,thorough and efficient. He made some helpful suggestions, as well as suggesting the most economical way to get the job done. In total 3 drains plus the outside mainline sewer were snaked and cleaned.
I would have no reservations recommending Drainworks.

I called DrainWorks to service a toilet which overflowed. When the repair guy showed up, he immediately put on covers over his boots. I was impressed from the beginning. He was very informative and very polite. The problem was solved quickly, and he cleaned the area very well. Overall a job well done.
