I'm a return customer for DrainWorks. This time, I have a problem with the outside hose pipe. Phil, technician, came and explain in very detailed manners aswell as give advice for future reference. I'm very pleased with the work and how everything handle in professional manner.

Actually I called up the Drain works by accident. I thought I was contacting Mr. Rooter. Anyhow, the technician came in and first thing I notice, he put the plastic cover over his shoes very impressive. The Technicial explained in details with whatever he was doing during the job and even drew picture of it at the end of the job. I'm very happy with the whole process and I'm glad that I got the right company to do the job. Well Done! :)
