basement drain smell/possible backup
Jeremy Harris/Drainworks responded very quickly to my call to come and check my basement drains that I was worried were on the verge of backing up.
they came earlier than promised and quickly determined what the cause of my drain problem was...and it was easily resolved on the spot.
Jeremy also looked at our other basement drains and the outside main feed - to fully assess the situation and give us advice on some possible proactive measures we may want to take.
Jeremy was thorough, polite and very professional in the assessment and service he gave us. Have used Drainworks before and would definitely use them - and recommend - them again!
