"In April of 2010 we had a problem with our drain and contacted Drain Works. From the moment I called I received excellent customer service. I was advised they would dispatch someone to come out and look at the problem and Armando was at the house within an hour. Having dealt with other plumbing companies I was very impressed that they took the time to put down a tarp before moving the equipment in. Armando advised me that the solution was temporary that the trap in our basement had to be replaced. I was given a written estimate and was not pressured in anyway.
August 2010 we had the work completed Armando and his crew came in and did the work. We were impressed with the care they took of our house and of the exceptional service we received.
