Drainworks was supposed to arrive on June 30 between 3;00-7:00pm, with a phonecall promised one half hour beforehand (2:30). But they called at !:42 and noone was here. When we called back, then said they could only come between 5:00 - 8:00pm. Slight miscommunication here!
Initial visit with Jeremy, used scope, identified problem offerred solutions and quoted prices. Onsite staff were neat and thorough.
