JEFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & NICK TO TALK TO AS HE WAS REPAIRING THE TOILET.SHOW US WITH WAS WRONG & EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COSTED US. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF LEFT BATHROOM CLEAN & TIDY.HE IS A GREAT REP. FOR YOUR COMPANY & IF EVER I NEED A PLUMMER I WOULD NOT BE SCARED TO GET YOU PEOPLE AGAIN.(JEFF FOR SURE)
