Called DrainWorks about an Odour from my pipes.
They sent Jeremy to investigate.
Although the final conclusion was source of smell was still unknown I can't help but state the level of knowledge and professional courtesy Jeremy demonstrated was outstanding.
By the end of the visit I was left with the impression that Jeremy was even more determined to isolate my problem than I was.
He clearly laid out a path forward that I could take to ultimately get to my root cause of the problem.
I've dealt with lots of contractors and this was the first time I felt I was getting real value for my money.
Jeremy has set the bar higher for what I should expect from any future contractor.
